Membership Development
The membership and newcomers committee formulates a membership growth and retention program and supervises member relations activities.
Goals
* Implement a “Sustaining Partners Campaign” for members to take advantage of various “packages” which will include additional marketing benefits, and sponsorships.
* Increase membership dues receivables by $10,000.
* Continue the Ambassador program.
* Develop and introduce new membership benefits and affinity programs:
Media package
Health & wellness package
Enhance Member to Member benefits program
* Conduct two Business After Hours and two chamber coffees.
* Produce and circulate a formal membership directory to all chamber members.
* Update website on a monthly basis, so that all current membership and new
member highlight information is accurate.
* Continue to work towards a monthly e-mail newsletter by completing the compilation of member e-mail addresses and taking steps for the mass e-mail capability needed.
* Create and maintain a sales activity tracking database.
* Co-sponsor the Holiday Breakfast / Membership Appreciation Breakfast in December.
